張相春,研究員,博導(dǎo),國家級青年人才。2014年畢業(yè)于安徽農(nóng)業(yè)大學茶學專業(yè),2019年博士畢業(yè)于中國科學院大學生物無機化學專業(yè)。主要從事茶健康應(yīng)用研究。以生物活性分子茶多酚、茶氨酸和茶多糖等為對象,利用組裝化學和細胞生物學等交叉學科技術(shù),設(shè)計新型功能食品、生物醫(yī)用和肥料遞送等材料,拓展茶功能成分在食品、生命健康和現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)等領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用。主持中組部、浙江省“領(lǐng)雁”計劃、國家自然科學面上/青年和中國農(nóng)科院青年創(chuàng)新專項等項目,以第一或通訊作者在Adv. Mater, AFM, ACS Nano, JAFC和Food Chem等期刊發(fā)表論文30余篇,其中高被引/熱點論文8篇,獲第八屆中國茶葉學會青年科技獎和2023年度中國農(nóng)科院十大科研進展。
